Front Range Community College Campaign
The "You Belong Here" campaign was a strategic initiative to unite Front Range Community College’s (FRCC) three campuses under one inclusive brand identity while celebrating a record-breaking graduation milestone in May 2025—awarding 5,700 degrees and certificates to nearly 4,200 students. At its core, the campaign recognized belonging as a critical driver of student success and retention—particularly for our diverse student body.

Why Belonging?
Front Range Community College welcomes a wide range of students— from recent high school graduates to working adults and first-generation learners. We understand that with a diversity of backgrounds come a diversity of circumstances. A sense of belonging is a key factor to student success and well-being. When students feel valued, included, supported, and seen, they are more likely to stay engaged, persist through challenges, and achieve their academic and personal goals.
Our campaign's overarching objective was to promote Front Range Community College as a student-centered institution that values individuals from all backgrounds and is committed to their success. We aimed to achieve this objective through digital impressions, media stories, and out-of-home vehicles, focusing on diverse narratives and strategic community engagement. Instead of focusing on a specific conversion goal, we approached this campaign as a branding effort centered on commencement, aiming to increase emotional connections and strengthen community ties.

Developed a dedicated landing page for prospective students, with targeted messaging aligned with the campaign’s objectives.

Paid Social
Implemented a paid social media strategy to reach a broad audience, prioritizing campaign objectives such as awareness, traffic, and impressions on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube.
Created targeted audiences based on demographic alignments, including education, college interest, job seekers, adult learners, and Spanish speakers.
Expanded targeting with a segment of lookalike audiences using existing database information to identify prospective students who share characteristics of high-value customers, enabling more efficient spending and improved campaign performance

Digital Billboards
Digital bulletins/billboards strategically placed near all three campus locations, featuring graduates to communicate authenticity and brand recognition.

Custom lawn signs
Custom celebratory lawn signs for distribution and display at homes in neighboring communities to foster emotional connection and community identification.

Videos
Developed videos with authentic stories in English and Spanish, spotlighting students’ real journeys and reinforcing FRCC’s welcoming environment. These stories showcased diverse experiences, including adult learners, Latine students, and their families.
